Controller
The controller of this website is nanchet. For any privacy question, write to hola@nanchet.com.
Data collected
When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are collected. Your IP address and the Turnstile token are also processed to check that the request is not spam.
How it is used
The data is used only to read your message and reply to you. It is not used for marketing, sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form.
Retention
The form does not store messages in a database. The content arrives by email and is kept only for as long as necessary to reply to you.
Providers
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the Turnstile verification service and email delivery. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to provide those services.
Analytics
Analytics are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free solution that does not identify individual visitors or create browsing profiles.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to hola@nanchet.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
